Abstract:
In this Applied project, I present a mathematical model used to calculate the Joint Muscular Torque exerted by a human subject while using a knee exoskeleton. The calculation of the JMT can be used in the application of rehabilitative medicine where exoskeletons can be designed to operate on predetermined torques and motion planning can be done after calculating this JMT. The JMT calculated was verified using Motion Capture system data.
